What will you do?

Are you a skilled craftsman with a passion for metal and fabrication? Do you want to help build high-quality, custom-made trailers for exceptional road transport? Then this is your chance!

At Nooteboom, you’ll work alongside your colleagues to build unique trailers that are used worldwide for special transport. No two days are the same, and every trailer is custom-built.

As a structural fabricator, you’ll be responsible for assembling complete trailers and structural components based on technical drawings. You’ll work with modern equipment, contribute ideas to the process, and make a real contribution to a top-quality end product.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Structural fabrication / assembly (70%);
• Welding (30%);
• Cutting;
• Grinding;
• Checking dimensions and quality.

With your initiative, eagerness to learn, and proactive approach, you’ll excel at this job. Together with a colleague, you’ll build a trailer and help ensure it leaves the factory in perfect condition.

• VMBO work and thinking level, minimum level 3;
• Demonstrable experience as a fabrication fitter;
• Independent judgment and empathy;
• Clear and open communication, preferably in Dutch;
• Technical understanding and the ability to read drawings;
• An interest in trailers, transportation, or the automotive industry is a plus;
• You are independent, meticulous, and enjoy working as part of a team;
• You have an eye for quality and safety;

Part of our application process involves completing a test assembly.
