What will you do?
As part of the Nooteboom Group, Nooteboom Trailers B.V. is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of road-bound special transport vehicles with load capacities from 20 to 1,000 tons. Four hundred highly motivated employees currently achieve annual sales of approximately 100 million euros.
To further strengthen our sales team in Germany, we are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager for Southern Germany and Austria. In this role, you’ll be the face of Nooteboom for key clients in the region, driving growth and building lasting relationships.
· Sell our product range in your own sales territory (Southern Germany and Austria);
· Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers;
· Acquire new customers with the aim of building long-term business relationships;
· Provide expert commercial and technical advice tailored to customer needs;
· Maintaining contacts at (international) fairs, exhibitions, industry association events, etc;
· Administrative tasks such as analyzing and reporting data.

What do we ask?
· You have a technical background or business education, with proven experience in sales within the commercial vehicle, construction equipment or mobile crane sector;
· Ability to purposefully assess customer requirements and development potential, independent contract negotiations with the ability to close deals;
· You are a proactive self-starter who thrives in an international team environment;
· Able to work with common MS Office programs and CRM systems;
· You live within the sales region and have a well-equipped home office;
· Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively.
